WRITE YOUR RESEARCH PROPOSAL<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Complete the form attached below and send it to <a href=\"polarknow@us.edu.pl\">polarknow@us.edu.pl.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mssd.us.edu.pl\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/DOCTORAL_PROJECT_AND_LIST_OF_SCIENTIFIC_ACHIEVEMENTS.docx\">The doctoral project form and list of scientific achievements<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">3. PREPARE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>To submit a recruitment application, you will need the following documents:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">academic curriculum vitae;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">your ORCID number;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">a copy of your Master&#8217;s degree together with a supplement, or other document entitling you to study at a doctoral school in accordance with 8, paragraph 5, points 6 and 7;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">an outline of the doctoral project, a list of the candidate&#8217;s scientific achievements in the discipline in which the doctoral dissertation is planned to be realised and documents certifying scientific achievements, as well as other documents specified in the recruitment criteria (submission to the IEDS office via <a href=\"polarknow@us.edu.pl\">polarknow@us.edu.pl<\/a> is acceptable).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The documents (with the exception of the outline of the doctoral project) must be submitted in the IRK system.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>4. CREATE YOUR IRK ACCOUNT<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Each candidate must create an account in IRK system\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/irk.us.edu.pl\/en-gb\/\">irk.us.edu.pl<\/a>\u00a0and pay the enrollment fee of PLN 400.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>If you have any questions regarding the IRK system, watch the instraction video.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Q87sjMO_T9U\" width=\"560\" height=\"314\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>5. GET REDY FOR ADMISSION INTERVIEW<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The timing of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mssd.us.edu.pl\/en\/admission-2024-2025-reg\/\">admission interviews for regular enrollment<\/a> is specified in the enrollment schedule, whereas the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mssd.us.edu.pl\/en\/admission-2024-2025-proj\/\">enrollment schedule for research grant-funded positions<\/a> is specified in the description of each project individually.<br \/>\nAt the beginning, you have 10 minutes to present your perspective on the research project and present your qualifications. Next, committee members will ask you questions. The interview can take place in Polish or in English.
