Dear PhD students of the second, third and fourth year of education in the Doctoral School at the University of Silesia in Katowice and in the International Environmental Doctoral School associated with the Center of Polar Studies at the University of Silesia in Katowice.<\/p>\n
I announce a competition to increase the doctoral scholarship for the 2021\/2022 academic year (scientific achievements from October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2022 will be taken into account). Increased scholarship will be paid during academic year 2022\/2023 only to the persons entitled to receive a doctoral scholarship.<\/p>\n
The competition regulations, criteria for awarding a scholarship increase and scholarship application forms can be found on the websites of doctoral schools.<\/p>\n
Applications should be submitted through the electronic forms available in the announcement. To confirm the form, the official e-mail address in the us.edu.pl domain must be used (in the case of doctoral students of the International Environmental Doctoral School, the official e-mail address of the relevant institution).<\/p>\n
Confirmations of achievements should be uploaded to the disk, in the form of pdf files, using the link provided in the application.<\/p>\n
Applications and links to the disks are prepared separately for IEDS PhD students and for DS PhD students of each education area. Within the area of \u200b\u200bhumanities, theological sciences and arts, a separate form has been made available for doctoral students in artistic disciplines.<\/p>\n
Submitting applications and sending confirmations other than those described above will not be accepted.<\/p>\n
Before submitting an application, please read the Regulations available below and the application rules attached to the application forms. There are given, inter alia, conditions under which achievements will be accepted and detailed information on the method of counting points. Proceedings inconsistent with these rules will be the basis for rejecting a given achievement or for rejecting the entire application for formal reasons.<\/p>\n
