{"id":2443,"date":"2024-04-19T12:00:35","date_gmt":"2024-04-19T10:00:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mssd.us.edu.pl\/en\/?p=2443"},"modified":"2024-04-19T12:03:32","modified_gmt":"2024-04-19T10:03:32","slug":"competition-for-student-and-doctoral-student-mobility-funding-within-the-harsval-project-is-still-open","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mssd.us.edu.pl\/en\/2024\/04\/19\/competition-for-student-and-doctoral-student-mobility-funding-within-the-harsval-project-is-still-open\/","title":{"rendered":"Competition for student and doctoral student mobility funding within the HarSval project is still open"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mssd.us.edu.pl\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/logo-komputer-en.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2412 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mssd.us.edu.pl\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/logo-komputer-en.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"289\" height=\"119\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Programme for supporting Polish-Norwegian cooperation of students and PhD candidates within the HarSval project 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The subject of co-financing may be initiatives strengthening the research potential and Polish-Norwegian cooperation of people starting the academic career, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>participation in\u00a0<strong>specialized courses<\/strong>\u00a0held by foreign academic units or research institutions in the period\u00a0<strong>from January 1 to December 31, 2024 (funding up to PLN 20,000).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Only applications with a confirmation from the organizer that the applicant has been accepted for the course will be considered<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>research mobility<\/strong>, including field, laboratory or other research activities carried out as part of documented research tasks\u00a0<strong>shared with Norwegian entities<\/strong>, which will take place in the period\u00a0<strong>from April 1 to December 31, 2024 (funding up to PLN 10,000)<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>participation in<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>scientific conferences<\/strong>\u00a0that will take place in the period\u00a0<strong>from April 1 to December 31, 2024<\/strong>, during which the Beneficiary will present the results of research\u00a0<strong>conducted jointly with Norwegian entities (funding up to PLN 5,000)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Expenses eligible for funding include the cost of: travel, lodging, per diems, exams, course and conference fees, and insurance.<\/p>\n<p>The Beneficiaries of the competition may be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>students studying at the Polish institutions of higher education;<\/li>\n<li>PhD candidates studying at doctoral schools in Poland.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Priority funding is given to applications submitted by students and PhD candidates of institutions run by the members of the Polish Polar Consortium<\/u><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">By decision of the Competition Commission, no less than half of the funds reserved for this activity in the project will be used to finance activities implemented as part of Polish-Norwegian cooperation..<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>The call for applications for the competition is conducted on a continuous basis\u00a0until May 31, 2024, or until the earlier exhaustion of the funds provided for this activity in the project<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mssd.us.edu.pl\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/COMPETITION-RULES-AND-REGULATIONS_HARSVAL.pdf\">COMPETITION RULES AND REGULATIONS<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mssd.us.edu.pl\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/COMPETITION-APPLICATION-FORM.docx\">COMPETITION APPLICATION FORM<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications should be submitted only in electronic form via e-mail at\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:polarknow@us.edu.pl\">polarknow@us.edu.pl<\/a><\/strong><strong>\u00a0.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The results of the competition will be reported individually to grant applicants (after the monthly committee meeting) and will be made available on\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/mssd.us.edu.pl\/\"><strong>mssd.us.edu.pl<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/pkpolar.pl\/\">pkpolar.pl<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/harsval.eu\/\">harsval.eu<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Stay in touch with us:\u00a0<\/strong><strong><a href=\"mailto:polarknow@us.edu.pl\">polarknow@us.edu.pl<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Programme for supporting Polish-Norwegian cooperation of students and PhD candidates within the HarSval project 2024.
