On December 12, 2023, the competition committee appointed by the Dean of the Doctoral School considered applications from PhD students of doctoral schools at the University of Silesia in Katowice in the competition for increasing the doctoral scholarship for the academic year 2023/2024. After considering all the applications, the committee decided to award an increase in the doctoral scholarship to the following PhD students from the International Environmental Doctoral School:
