Due to the growing threat of the SARS-CoV-2 epidemic, the Rector of University of Silesia decided to suspend, from 11 March 2020 (inclusive) until further notice, classes at all faculties and other units of University of Silesia. Detailed information on other limitations in the operation of the university in the period of the epidemiological threat will be included in a regulation of the Rector of University of Silesia which will be published today after the meeting of rectors of Silesian higher education institutions and the Governor of Silesia.
