We are pleased to inform you that on October 20, 2026, at 12:00 pm in SpinPlace (Katowice), the International Environmental Doctoral School at the Center for Polar Studies will hold a ceremonial inauguration of the academic year 2026/2027. A ceremonial lecture titled “Biological invasions of alien species – causes, consequences, solutions” will be delivered by dr. hab. Wojciech Solarz, prof. IOP PAN (Institute of Nature Conservation of the Polish Academy of Sciences).
